We invite you to a charming corner of Poland located on the Kamionka Lake in Masuria. The area is inviting with beautiful landscapes, numerous lakes and unspoiled nature. Among such wonderful circumstances of nature, you will find here a comfortable rest. Kamionka House is an 8,000-square-meter cunningly developed plot of land with two Mazurian-style houses, an old 100-meter-old barn and an outbuilding. The houses are one-story house made of logs and two-storey wooden - both with an area of approx. 110 meters. The houses are made of wooden logs, thanks to which their residents will experience a pleasant, refreshing temperature in the summer and warm atmosphere in the winter. The property has been arranged so that the residents of both houses feel their independence and intimacy. Each house has a separate parking lot and a separate entrance. The property also has a large covered stone grill with outdoor furniture. Each house has its own children's playground with a trampoline. The Kamionka House is also an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling trips, guided fishing, swimming, horse riding, scuba diving and sightseeing of Masurian towns or historic places. Everyone will find here the silence and unprecedented atmosphere of the surrounding nature. It is a refuge away from the city bustle. The first house is one-storey and is characterized by a beautiful Masurian climate. Made in the round log technology, it has a huge living room and 2 bedrooms in which 7 people can sleep successfully. The first bedroom has a large double bed and 2 single beds. The other one has 3 single beds. The entire infrastructure of the house was renovated in 2016, the bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated, obtaining a very modern look and functionality. A sitting area with a fireplace, a huge LCD TV 3D, DVD, Playstaion 3 and a well-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, all utensils and kitchen utensils). The house is also equipped with satellite and terrestrial TV and a fixed internet connection with wi-fi. The second house made entirely of wood, renovated in 2016, has 3 bedrooms with 7 beds. The house has 2 LCD TVs, DVD, Playstation 3, Wi-Fi, terrestrial TV and Sat. Both houses have roofed terraces with places to relax, barbecue. Bicycles, volleyball and football playgrounds for children, canoe and boat as well as a small fenced pond with fish in which children can learn fishing are available. The price includes all charges including electricity, water, internet access and television, towels and bed linen. To Lake Kamionka (with its own small beach and pier) is 150 meters. To the Lake of the First - 700 meters, and to Stromka - 1500 meters.
