In an absolutely prime location in Flayosc, on a plot of approx. 6,500 m², you are offered a fantastic view all the way to the Massif des Maures. Between the Côte d'Azur and the Gorges du Verdon, you will still find unspoiled Provençal life away from mass tourism.
Our spacious holiday home is exceptionally quiet in the nature reserve.
Nevertheless, it is only a 15-minute walk to the center of Flayosc. The illuminated pool (10.5m x 4.5m, disinfected by electrolysis) and the terraces are not visible from outside and guarantee the highest level of privacy. Loungers and terrace furniture for 8 people, as well as the entire furnishings of the holiday home, are of high quality.
Our holiday home consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate WCs, 1 living room, 1 dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine as well as a dryer. A fiber optic connection with 500 Mbit/s is available to you free of charge. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and a solar system. Heating is provided by an air/water heat pump.

The airports of Nice and Marseilles are only 1 hour from
the villa.
The nearest train station Les Arcs is the central stop of all
regional trains to Provence.
In any case, it is recommended to go for trips and for larger purchases
a private car.
