Description
The house offers a lot of space for recreation on 90 sqm and is divided as follows:
Ground floor: Modern kitchen ( with dishwasher and dining table), bright living room with generous couch set, flat screen TV / SAT reception and stereo system. Adjoining a separate dining room. Furthermore, a small bedroom / single bed (100/200) and the large bathroom with large shower, washing machine (incl.), additional towel heating and daylight
Attic: a bedroom with double bed (180/200), flat screen TV, and another bedroom with two separate beds (90/200). Additionally a separate WC with daylight. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and the windows with blackout pleated blinds. Furthermore, fly screens have been installed. A cot and high chair are also available
Outside there is a seating area by the house, another one behind the house and a lawn.
Garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue are available for use.
Car parking spaces are available. In addition, 3 simple bicycles, a child's bicycle, a handcart and a walker are available free of charge
The distance to the beach is approx. 700 metres and can be comfortably covered on the footpath running parallel to the road

Location and surroundings of object
Kronsgaard is a municipality in the Schleswig-Flensburg district and has about 260 inhabitants in winter. In summer, many holidaymakers are attracted by the long natural beach and much untouched nature
The approx. 3 km long natural beach offers plenty of space for recreation, games and fun.
A beach chair rental service is available.
No visitor's tax is charged in Kronsgaard.

Spotlessly clean, spacious accommodation near the sea
We spontaneously and uncomplicatedly booked a week in the fall. The description matches 100%, the house offers plenty of space, a very well-equipped kitchen, and a garage for our own bikes (3 rental bikes are available). There is a parking space in front of the house. The landlord is very nice, the sea is in sight, what more could you want?

Super Holiday Home
Super holiday home, nothing was missing. Host Mr. Kraack is very friendly. The vacation was very nice, we were there for 2 weeks at KRO1. We enjoyed the peace, getting away from everyday life. The sea is also nearby, highly recommended. Regards, Melanie.

A wonderful house
The accommodation is super clean and equipped with everything you need. We were here with 2 children and had a great holiday. The house is very spacious, friendly and tastefully decorated. The landlord was very friendly and very helpful. We were able to use the bikes, which even had a bike basket. A handcart was also available. The electrical appliances were all there, clean and in pristine condition. We were even allowed to use a clothesline, including pegs.
We would definitely come again, but we get a dog and with regard to possible allergic tenants, dogs are unfortunately not allowed in this house
However, we recommend this holiday home without reservation to anyone who wants to spend a great holiday at the Baltic Sea
The area is great, the beach is super nice and can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes, with the bikes we needed about 5 minutes when we cycled comfortably. We can only recommend a great bike ride to Maasholm. The big towns around are also worth a visit. Eckernförde, Friedrichstadt, Schleswig and Kappeln are all nearby and well worth a visit. Haithabu, which is also in the vicinity, gives a great insight into life in the times of the Germanic tribes.
