In the living area comfortable 2-seater sofa with footstool and cosy reading chair in Scandic style, two reading lamps.
Extra-high mattresses, adjustable slatted frames, an additional TV and blackout options ensure a perfect night's sleep in the bedroom with its maritime colour scheme.
Large, sunny, sheltered terrace (furnished from April to October) with a view of the spacious lawn and a small wooded area, sun from your first morning coffee to an aperitif in a wicker basket in the evening.

Location and surroundings of object
Our flat is located on a quiet one-way street (Badallee) with a bicycle lane and a speed limit of 30 km/h, which connects SPO-Bad and SPO-Dorf, on a large, sunny plot in a charming natural setting between the inland dunes and the sea dunes. A footpath leads directly next to the property through a small wood to the dyke.
Bicycle hire (1 min.), bakery (5 min.), cafés, restaurants and pretty boutiques and shops (10 min. walk) in the immediate vicinity, inviting you to take a little stroll. Further small paths lead you from the Badallee directly onto the dyke, from where you can either walk through the dunes to the south beach or take wonderful walks and cycle tours along the dyke. 10 metres from the house is a stop for the village shuttle bus, which takes you directly to the south beach, among other places, and which you can use free of charge with your spa card.

| Arrival and departure from May to the end of October only on Saturday or Sunday. Please enquire about other weekdays out of season and at short notice. For short holidays up to and including 5 nights there is a one-off surcharge of 10.00 EURO per night. The minimum rental period in public holiday weeks and from May to the end of October is 7 nights, other times at short notice and possibly depending on occupancy on request. The local tourist tax is not included and will be charged additionally. |

Insect screens in all rooms. Bicycles can be stored either on the sheltered terrace, in the bicycle rack in front of the house or in our lockable cellar compartment. Coin-operated washing machine/dryer in the communal cellar. Laundry rack, baby travel cot (up to 12 months), baby high chair available. Own car parking space.
The overnight stay of more than 2 persons (also for daily visitors) and all persons who are not included in the rental agreement is prohibited.

Great timeout
Small, well-maintained holiday apartment, ideal for 2 people. Everything nearby, shopping and dining.
We enjoyed the long walks on the dike. The cyclists have their own path below the dike, so you don't get in each other's way. ;)

A thoroughly successful vacation.
The vacation apartment is very nice, centrally located, very quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a lovely holiday. The communication with the landlord is friendly and straightforward.
