Very enjoyable experience
Great villa always well maintained by Fabio and Julia who are always available and present. They are also very discreet towards the tenants and never intrusive, always discreet and caring. The pool is always well maintained and taking a swim is always pleasant, just as pleasant as preparing fish on the barbecue. The beaches are close and immaculate, perhaps the most beautiful in Sardinia.

SIMPLY FANTASTIC
Fabio and Julia welcomed us as their friends and this was a great start. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean with excellent amenities and a very relaxing view. The beaches are really close (10 minutes by car) and when you want to relax, you can take a swim in the beautiful pool. I have recommended it to all my friends and will definitely come back because you feel good in a peaceful environment and an absolutely charming house. Great value for money

A fantastic vacation!
We were guests at Villa Matrix in the second week of September. Fabio and his wife welcomed us, providing us with all the services of their beautiful home. Excellent cleanliness. A nice garden and a fantastic pool where the children always played upon returning from the sea. Everything very well cared for. The beaches of Chia are just a few minutes away. Recommended also for families with children like ours. Thanks to Fabio and his wife for their availability and kindness.

A little paradise
It is beautiful. Absolutely quiet. Of course you need a car.
You can do your shopping in the village if you know the opening times
We were warmly welcomed and instructed by the landlords, who would have been available at any time if anything had happened.
We enjoyed the beautiful garden with the pool when we were not at one of the chia beaches.
We will be happy to come back.

luxurious idyllic holiday home with all comforts
The beautiful, quietly situated holiday home has a really fantastic pool and spacious, very well equipped rooms. There is plenty of storage space, each room is separately air-conditioned, and the garden is gorgeous, lovingly landscaped. You definitely need a car, otherwise the way to the village is very long, as well as the next beach in Chia, about 10 minutes by car. There you will find a supermarket with everything for tourists, in Domus de Maria itself there are several small traders but no full range with meat and sausage etc. The landlord couple is very nice. The landlord couple is extremely nice and accommodating. The pool was cleaned daily and the landlord was always available. The cleanliness in the house is not to be complained about, only the beds are very hard - subjective feeling on our part. Please bring your own cleaning products! The stairs to the house are relatively steep and not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
All in all, we spent a great holiday in this holiday home, the location and the dreamlike, almost botanical garden enchanted us every day anew. The beautiful beaches of Sardinia of course also contributed to a great holiday
