Description
It is a duplex apartment with an area of 120m2, located on the 1st floor and attic (with many skylights) of a small building. The building was constructed approximately 200m from the promenade and 250m from the beach. The apartment was set up as a holiday flat in the spring of 2006. It was last renovated in the spring of 2022. A third, additional floor, forms a niche with a height of about 1.5m and an area of 5m2, (there is also a skylight there). In the niche, there is a thick (2M x 1.6 M) mattress. It is a perfect and popular spot for "sleeping under the stars" for children. The upper floor is completely open except for a small divided wardrobe. On the lower floor are: a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and an open living room connected to the entrance hall (with an area of 40M2).

Location and surroundings of object
The vacation apartment is about 250m from the beach.
It takes 5 minutes to walk to the center of the small town (about 300m).
The BUS station is at a similar distance (400m). You would need to walk an additional 300m to the train station. Ustka is a small Baltic Sea resort on the central Polish Baltic coast. The town is located at the mouth of the river Słupia (Stolpe) into the Baltic Sea, 150 km west of Gdansk (Danzig) and 18 km north of Słupsk (Stolp). If you have chosen Ustka from among the many cities on the Baltic Sea, you have chosen close contact with the environment and unforgettable impressions. Ustka also offers you many tourist possibilities:
- if you like cycling, you have a 25 KM-long bicycle path "SZLAKIEM ZWINIĘTYCH TORÓW" to Rowy (and further to Leba) and many newly built bike paths in the city and along the Baltic Sea (west to Szczecin via Jarosławiec, Darłowo, Kołobrzeg) in the pine forests. - 35 KM east, in Leba, there is a national park with the largest shifting sand dunes in Europe. Along the way, you can visit an open-air museum that showcased the culture of the Slovincians.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
You will receive a full refund of the booking amount if you cancel your summer booking (June-August) by the end of February. For cancellations made later, no refund will be issued. You will receive half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking for other times at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in. For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be issued.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stove, coffee machine, kettle, and microwave. In the bathroom, there is a washing machine and hairdryer. In the wardrobe, there is an iron and ironing board. The satellite TV includes all German television programs (Astra). The TV is equipped with smart functions and connected to the internet.

Top location
Everything clean and helpful landlord.
Super central but quiet location...5min beach,5min town.
Only if you want to sleep in the dark, you should take something for the windows.
Otherwise, simply TOP.
We will definitely come back again.

Alle Velux Dachfenster in der obere Etage haben schon Velux Rollos montiert die volle Verdunkelung ermöglichen.
In kürze werden auch in Schlafzimmer unten Jalousien montiert.
