Description
The house consists of two apartments with separate entrances that can be connected via the hallway, providing the privacy while offering the opportunity to move around the whole house. The ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms and large, fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 people. There is a stove for chilly days in the charming living room, and the wood for the first days is provided. The spacious bathroom has walk-in shower.
The attic apartment with exposed wooden beams features a cosy bedroom, a kitchenette, provencal style bathroom and a living room with comfortable sofa and armchairs. There is also a dining table for 4 people.
The house was fully reconstructed in 2013 and 2018 and equipped with all necessary devices, incl. satellite TV. Wifi is for free.
It is surrounded by a large terrace and garden with garden furniture. It is easy accessible by car (parking for 2 cars behind the gate and 1 car in front of the house). The neighbors are only on two sides of the property and they are very nice elderly families without children.

Location and surroundings of object
House is in the garden of 1350 sqm, in the small, beautiful village. There is no disturbing industry or farming. The village is in the protected nature area and very quiet - it is not possible to drive-through. Perfect for families with children or elderly people. Easy access to Prague by car, by bus or by train from Revnice (5km). It takes 20 minutes by train to the center of Prague.
