The property is located on the very first beachline in luxury complex with 4 pools (1 heated in the winter) and offers south orientation with all day sun! On the terrace there is a large gardentable with 4 chairs, 2 sunloungers and outside liunge furnishings consisting of a large 3-seater sofas, armchair and a coffee table. Both bedrooms have spacious built-in walldrobes and en-suite-bathrooms with under floor heating. The master bedroom has direct acces to the covered terrace and offers directly seaviews. Here you will find 2 single beds put together to a large double bed. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds. Further the apartment offers a spacious wooden kitchen with all amenities such as washing mashine and tumble dryer. The property has an air conditioning system throughout (warm/cold), sattelite TV, wireless ADSL-internet access (external provider on extra expenses) and underground parking space. Infornt of your terrace is further a private garden with over 30m² where you can enjoy all day sun! As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Just 3min. drive far away is the marina port of Puerto de la Duquesa with numerious shops, bars, restaurants, business centre and fitness studio. To the near white village of Casares are just 14 km. Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 min. drive away.
