We rent our unique frontline beach PENTHOUSE BERMUDA BEACH 6 on the Costa del Sol. The apartment is very spacious (280m ²) and offers plenty of space and comfort. The property is furnished to an high standard and to a mixture of spanish and moorish style. On the ground floor, you will find the large living room, the fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a storeroom. The living room has a large separate dining area and a comfortable living area. The separate dining area consists of a large dining table with seating for 8 people and a sidebroard with large mirror. The living area has two comfortable sofas and an armchair. When you sit in the living room, look directly out onto the open sea! From the living room you have direct access to the 60m ² spacious, partly covered main terrace. The terrace offers as well sea and pool views! Here you can relax and enjoy your breakfast or dinner and listen to the sea. In the covered part of the terrace you will find a large lounge sitting area with 3 sofas. There is also a large dining table for 8 people and a barbecue. You can seat and relax in the sun also using the two sunbeds. Through an internal staircase in the hallway you come on to 1st floor, where you will find all three bedrooms. All bedrooms are very spacious and have built-in walldrobes with a lot of storage space. The master bedroom is very spacious and offers a double bed and private en-suite bath with double sink, toilet, bidet and bath with shower. Infront of the master bedroom and the 2.guestroom there is a second large terrace with beautiful views over the pool and ocean infront. When you lie in your bed, you look out to sea! The second bedroom facing the sea offers also a double bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The guest bedrooms share a full bath on the landing. Via an internal staircase leads finally to the 2 floor with the spacious 50m ² roof terrace. From this terrace one can enjoy a wonderful panoramic views of the entire coast from Estepona to Gibraltar and North Africa. The complex "El Mirador de Bermuda Beach" is located directly on the beach and offers a private paddle tennis court and a large garden with pools and all this facing the sea. Also within walking distance is a very good restaurant with an open Assador (fireplace) and the Albayt Golf & Country Club with world class SPA, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, Turkish bath and tennis courts.

San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen! The urbanisation is only 14 km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. The bigger and vital city of Estepona is accessible in 8 minutes. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 minutes by car, Marbella and Puerto Banus are accessible in 20 minutes.

To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 min. by car drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus in 20 min. It is a 10 minute walking distance to the sandy beach.
