Would you like to spend holidays in an unforgettable ambience like in a fairy-story from '1001 nights'? Our apartment is situated on the very first beach line in one of the south-after communities on the Costa del Sol. The property is situated on the first floor with direct acess by lift from the garage and has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards to a moorish style. Numerous Moorish lamps, mirrors, tables and decorations are creating a very homely feeling. The spacious living room has a fireplace and dining table to seat up to 6 people. In this apartment we have used very strong red, brown and gold colours. From the living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace, which overlooks the near commutity gardens, the sea and 2 community pools (1 heated). Terrace and living room have the whole day sun! Both bedrooms have en-suite-bathrooms with under floor heating. The master bedroom is in gold colours and offers very spacious king sized bed (180X200cms). Behid the bed you will find an antique marrokan rug. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds. Further the apartment offers a spacious wooden kitchen with all amenities. The property has an air conditioning system throughout and underground parking place.

This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

Our apartment is located on the very first beachline, in the 1 floor with south orientation. You have direct lift access from the underground paking. As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past. Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. This new development has been sensitively built in traditional Andalucian and Moorish style and the architectural detail, whilst unique in concept, gives a sense of history and permanence. La Perla de La Bahía is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday. The La Perla Café and Restaurant offers a wide range of delicious meals and snacks. Freshly baked bread and pastries can also be purchased here.

Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen! The urbanisation is only 14 km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It is not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The bigger and vital city of Estepona is accessible in 8 minutes. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 minutes by car, Marbella and Puerto Banus are accessible in 20 minutes.
