Are you longing for a break from everyday life and want to relax right by the water?
Then you are in perfect hands in our holiday flat "OstseeBrise"! It is located directly at the harbour of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz and offers not only fantastic views of the water, but also a lovely interior design with a maritime ambience.
The invitingly bright and generously proportioned rooms offer plenty of comfort for 4 people on a total of 80 m². The light-flooded living/dining area is wonderfully suited as the focal point for your holiday, as from here you have a wonderful panoramic view of the harbour. From the kitchen you have direct access to the large south-facing terrace: enjoy your start to the day at breakfast with this magnificent view of the water! During the day, the beach chair offers a nice, sheltered spot - make yourself comfortable with a book. The open kitchen is extensively equipped so that you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. At the dining table, you can enjoy your meals in a convivial atmosphere with a view of the sailing boats sailing in and out. After adventurous excursions in the beautiful surroundings, you can treat yourself to a soothing bubble bath in the whirlpool tub and a sauna session in the infrared light sauna and really relax
For restful sleep and soft dreams, there are two bedrooms with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the Schlei and Schleimünde as soon as you get up.
In addition, the holiday flat has a washing machine, a beach chair, several garden chairs (4 high-back chairs with adjustable backrests) and a lotus table barbecue. A lawn in front of the house is available for shared use
Note for persons with reduced mobility: The flat has a step-free, ground-level entrance area - however, the holiday flat is not wheelchair/disabled accessible. A reserved parking space belongs to the flat and is located directly in front of the harbour house.

The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house in the harbour houses on the quay in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz
The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz scores with its unique location directly on the water - surrounded by the Schlei, Schleimünde and the Baltic Sea! A bathing beach is only 500m away (dogs are not allowed here), the next dog beach is 2 km away in Weidefeld.
The centre of the town of Kappeln can be reached in 5-6km and offers many shops as well as a wide range of restaurants. Sights of Kappeln: Schlei bascule bridge, herring fence, Dutch windmill Amanda with historic sawmill, St. Nikolai Church.
Please note: Our holiday property is located in the OstseeResort Olpenitz - this new holiday resort is currently still in the development and expansion phase, so that corresponding construction activities on the site are to be expected. The travel prices have already been adjusted to this circumstance.
