You can have lunch and dinner on a 45m2 terrace crafted in teak, with barbecue and panoramic view, or beside the 5m x 10m pool among the olive and citrus trees. Parking on the premises,. Tennis court at 5mn from the property, golf course,The house is tranquil, romantic, perfect for a holiday with family or friends, you can either go swim in 10 minutes on a beautiful white sandy beach or take a dip in the stream near the house. Many great local and fish restaurants are available in the area, it's possible to buy fresh fish directly to the fishermen. Walking Corsica's GR20 high mountain start's in calenzana, the olive oil festival is in Montegrosso every summer, vineyard tours are possible all year and many water sports are proposed on the different beautiful beaches in the region. Some of the beaches with incredible crystal clear blue water and completely unspoiled nature are not crowded in the summer and we are happy to share those beautiful sites with our guests every year.

Calvi set between mountains and sea, its bars, restaurants, shops bordered by a protected and wild coast, numerous white sandy beaches and crystal turquoise waters like Ostriconi, Saleccia, Bodri, Revellata surended with a beautiful and unspoiled nature.
The forest of Bonifato, the wine growing region, the wild scenery of the Agriates desert, local bio markets, and rich history of the region.
Visting by boat the reserve of Scandola (protected by the Unesco) is a must, the Fango stream (Unesco protected) with its pink and blue rock swimming pools is fantastic.
Other Activities: Sailing, hiking, wind-surfing, scuba diving, night club The seaside region of Balagne is the most beautiful in Corsica, much more authentic, less crowded and overbuilded then the south of the island. It has crystal clear beaches like in the caribbean, high montain's like the Swiss Alps and medieval hiltop villages like in Italy.
The Balagne area is also called the garden of Corsica with it's beautiful oliver trees dating from the Roman time and it's production of oranges and lemons. With its medieval hilltop villages, the,Pigna music festival, San Antonino one of its most ancient towns, the roman chapel in Lumio. Calenzana with the chapel of St Croix, the grand procession of St Restitude, it's music festival, the start of the GR20 trail, the convent of Alzipratu now the name of one of France best red and white wines, Lunghignano famous for its former oil mill, Moncale and the best honey of Corsica, Aregno and its almond fest, Cateri with it's Franciscan convent still inhabited by a religious order.

You can find charter flights from all German airports from April to October direct to Calvi. Alternatively, fly cheap flights to Nice and Marseilles, from where you can continue to fly with Air France to Bastia or Calvi. If you want to travel by car, you will find ferries from the following companies: Corsica Ferries or SNCM from Marseille, Nice, Toulon directly to Calvi, Ile Rousse or Bastia. Or from Livourno Italia directly to Bastia in 3 hours with Corsica Ferries

Artist stone house with beautiful mountain backdrop
We were with 6 people in this really unique, artist's house. The house is really special, very tastefully and very artistically furnished. A very spacious living/dining room with a very nice kitchen (very well equipped) with access to the large terrace and the three bedrooms form a very great living unit (you can't stop marvelling at the kündrleric, tasteful furnishings). Everything is very neat and clean! The eye-catchers are the 3 bathrooms. The landlord is very nice and gave a lot of best recommendations for excursions in the area. The garden is completely sheltered, very green and well maintained on a hillside. Table tennis and a heated pool invite you to relax. But the most beautiful thing is the wonderful view from the terrace (with barbecue) over the mountain area to the valley. We really enjoyed the time!!!

Dreamlike
Very nice, well-maintained house with a great mix of modern design and Corsican ambiance. Beautiful heated pool under orange and lemon trees. Very hospitable and child-friendly village community in the mountains and yet not far from the sea. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

VILLA MIT STIL UND ATMOSPHÄRE
Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz unsren Erwartungen. Leider hatten wir nur eine Woche, um die Gegend zu erkunden, würden aber liebend gerne wiederkommen. Lage, Komfort und Sauberkeit waren hervorragend, Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und behilflich auch bei Autopannen! Die Gegend bietet jedem Alter etwas, angefangen bei den Stränden, den Badebecken im Fangotal. Auch Calvi lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein. Kurzum, wer hier seinen Urlaub verbringen will, ob groß oder klein, wird es nicht bereuen!

BEAUTIFUL
Due to the pictures, the expectations of the whole family were accordingly high, but they were also fully met. The house made of old natural stones is fantastic, its decoration is tasteful, and the view of the mountains takes your breath away! During dinner on the terrace, we had the chance to admire the magnificent sunset, which was reflected on the mountains. Not far from the sea, so we could enjoy the beach during the day and then benefit from the tranquility of the countryside in the evening, as well as from the heated pool surrounded by orange trees.
The owners are super nice and gave us good tips on where to eat or go on the most interesting excursions. "Fango" is definitely worth a visit, with its many natural pools in the river. We visited Scandola by boat, as well as the enchanting places of San Antonino and Pigna. A recommended restaurant is 'Le Pain de Sucre,' located in a small bay right on the beach, where we had excellent fish.
We will remember this successful vacation time for a long time. It will be difficult to find a comparable house in the future if you don't want or can't reserve/book two years in advance.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Sauber. Besitzer halten alles gut

EINER DER SCHÖNSTEN ORTE ZUM FERIEN MACHEN
Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Werbefotos. Alles Nötige und noch viel mehr ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sehr nett, immer da wenn wir Sie brauchten. Die Lage des Hauses eingangs Dorf, leicht zurück versetzt, war für uns ideal. Eigentlich könnte man zwei Wochen auf der Terasse verbringen und nur in die traumhafte Landschaft schauen. Die Buben genossen das geheizte Schwimmbad.
Eigentlich unglaublich, dass es in der für uns nahen Mittelmeerregion so ein schönes Haus an einem solch schön Ort gibt!

URLAUB WIE ERWARTET...
Wir hatten hohe Erwartungen aufgrund der Beschreibung und der Bilder - wir sind nicht enttäuscht worden! Wer aussergewöhnliches zu schätzen weiß, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hochwertig ausgestattet. Egal ob einfach nur zum Entspannen, zum Wandern oder Erkunden der näheren und weiteren Umgebung - alles ist möglich!
Wir waren im April für 2 Wochen dort - es war sehr schön. Ohne die Limitierung durch die Schulferien hätten wir es auch länger aushalten können...
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, da wenn man sie braucht aber ansonsten dezent zurückhaltend. Genau so, wie man es sich wünscht....
Wir werden diese schöne Zeit und die tolle Aussicht von der Terasse lange in Erinnerung behalten.
