Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the middle of palm trees about 10 minutes away from the sea (on foot). It is surrounded by local houses, but has European standards. Beruwela and Aluthgama are popular holiday resorts. There is another house on the property, but it belongs to the family.

Quiet location. Beautiful garden.
Stayed for 4 weeks and felt very comfortable. However, one must hope that the other bungalow is occupied by quiet neighbours. Terraces are only separated by about 10 m . Enjoyed the garden and the flair. One should be careful with the locals. The manager SIRI is a wonderful obliging man.
