"Il Villino di Cortona”, is a small holiday home, nestled in the Val di Chiana, in the heart of the real Tuscany, in an area rich in history and sights and tastes. (Ideal for families, couples, groups of friends, etc.).
The structure, typical country house has 2 rooms equipped with every comfort, able to hold up to 4 people.
The furniture used, rustic and simple, retain the authenticity of the ancient Tuscan farmhouses.
In the adjacent park, there is a beautiful swimming pool and sun terrace, from where you can admire a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and the town of Cortona. The oaks (Quercus cerris) and viburnum (Viburnum tinus), plants typical of the area, overlooking the garden.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), lavender (Lavandula), sage (Salvia officinalis) and mint (Mentha), cheer up the room with their natural scent.
The "veranda" is ideal for savoring a rich and tasty breakfast, or to immerse yourself in reading a good book.
"Il Villino di Cortona" is an excellent location for countless excursions to villages, castles, abbeys, monasteries,
Nearby Arezzo, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Siena and Florence.
It's possible to practice sports like horseback riding, tennis, golf and more, just a few miles away from the house.
And when the day comes to an end, there is nothing better than to savor the delights of Tuscan cuisine in local restaurants in the area.

"Il Villino di Cortona" is a small cozy cottage.
It's been the subject of extensive restoration work, renovation, expansion and construction that, since December 2008, lasted until May 2011.
The environment is therefore completely renovated. New furnishings, equipment and everything you need for your stay.
Small pets are allowed (ask before booking).
As the structure is on the ground floor, can also be used by people with mild mobility issues.
On Saturday morning, the property provides a change of all linen and clean the inside and outside of the house.

The pool is open from April to October.
The water temperature varies from 19° C. to 28° C.

All services are free. There are no hidden costs.
It requires education and the diligence of a good father of a family, respect for the environment and the care of the objects present in the property.
We kindly ask our guests to leave the house in the condition you found it (ready to welcome new visitors), and immediately report any damage.
