The holiday home on offer is located at the gates of Provence, in areas still spared from tourism. The Mediterranean climate makes it possible to practise almost all kinds of leisure sports such as:
Swimming, canoeing and kayaking, tennis, cycling or hiking in the nature reserves of the Gorges l' Ardèche, horse riding, climbing and much more.
Excursions to the most famous art-historical sights of the South of France such as:
ORANGE (40 km), AVIGNON (65 km), NIMES (85 km), ARLES, PONT DU GARD, VAISON LA ROMAINE, LES BAUX DE PROVENCE will make your holiday a special experience.
In addition, excursions to the Carmargue, the Mediterranean, St. Maries de la Mer, Aiges Mortes, Grau du Roi and Port Carmargue with its well-kept dune beach (L'Espiguette) are also possible.
In any case, Provence offers an incomparable holiday in the atmosphere of - doucer de vivre in the South of France.
The cuisine of the Ardèche is a successful harmony of the flavours of Provence, Lyonese cuisine and the influences of Auvergne.
Description of the cottage:
Just 5 minutes from the centre of Orgnac l'Aven, the holiday home "Geneviève" is situated on a partly wooded large property
The nearest bathing place on the Ceze is only 5 km away.
The municipal swimming pool is open in the high season.
The grocery shop is open all year round and has fresh bread every day.
The house is detached and has approx. 100m² of living space. The spacious terrace with barbecue area guarantees optimal enjoyment of the Mediterranean climate.
Our house has a spacious living/dining room with adjoining lounge with open fireplace, a comfortable kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave.
Bedroom 1 has been furnished with a double bed 160x200, bedroom 2 with two single beds 90x200. Toilet and bathroom are separate.
In the basement there is a room with washing machine.
The house is exclusively occupied by you!
Weekly rental prices are between 400,00€ and 690,00€ depending on the season
Mid-season: until 09 June and from 15 September 400,00€
Low season: 09 June to 30 June and to 15 Sept 550,00€
High season: 30 June to 25 August 690,00€
A discount is given for bookings of two weeks or more.
If the central heating is needed we charge 5,00€ heating flat rate daily. Wood for the fireplace is provided free of charge.
The minimum rental period is 7 days / 50,00€

Location and surroundings of object
The village is situated in the tourist region west of the river Ardèche, near the border with the department of Gard. The community Orgnac-Aven has an area of ?? km ², the population density is 15 inhabitants per km ². The vineyards of the community belong to the appellation Côtes du Vivarais. The municipal area is the cave Orgnac.
