uvala Maslina' (in German: 'Olive Bay') - This is the bay of 'Utjeha', a small and quiet place on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro. The newly built holiday home is only a few minutes' walk away, in a quiet and pleasant residential area. Due to the elevated position of the property, you have a wonderful view of the sea and experience the romantic sunsets of Montenegro directly from your terrace. The flats are tastefully and completely furnished and offer space for up to 6 people. A free parking space is available if you arrive by car. Transfer from and to the airport can be organised on request. The flats are under German management with German-speaking staff. In 2009, we were awarded the title of 'Qualified Montenegro Expert' by the 'National Tourism Organisation of Montenegro' and were voted 'Landlord of the Year' by over 100 holidaymakers. The holiday flat MONTENEGRO **** is located on the first floor of the building. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view over the sea. Romantic sunsets right before your eyes make the holiday feeling perfect. With a living area of 97 m², divided into 2 bedrooms (with two 160 cm wide double beds), 1 bathroom and a spacious living and dining area, you have more than enough space to feel 'at home'. In addition to a cosy and tasteful ambience, we have placed particular emphasis on the quality of the furnishings and fittings in the flat. Unlike some of the cheaper 'flats', you can expect a complete, spacious flat in which you can easily live comfortably with several people for a longer period of time. We have special offers for long-term tenants (from 4 weeks stay) on request.

Location and surroundings of object
The beach of 'Utjeha' has been awarded the 'Blue Flag' for particularly good water quality and is only a few minutes' walk from your holiday flat. Restaurants, shopping facilities and bakeries are available on site. The famous and well-known 'Velika Plaza', the 13(!) km long sandy beach of 'Ulcinj' is just 15 km away. There, too, the beaches are often awarded the 'Blue Flag'. A paradise especially for children and water sports fans! The modern and pulsating harbour town of 'Bar', with shopping centres, bars, cafés and a beautiful beach promenade can be reached in just a few minutes by car. There is also a lot to discover in the interior. Several nature reserves and other sights can be reached on half-day or day trips. Montenegro is about a two-hour flight from Germany, on the same latitude as Mallorca. The Balkan state is one of the smaller states in Europe, with a population of about 1,000 and an area of 1,000 km². The mountainous country is only sparsely populated. The capital is Podgorica. There are two international airports in the country, the "Podgorica" airport and the "Tivat" airport. The only scheduled airline based in Montenegro is Montenegro Airlines, which flies several times a week (daily in the high season) to the airport 'Frankfurt', sometimes also 'Düsseldorf'. By land, you can reach Montenegro either via Austria-Slovenia-Croatia or via Italy with the ferry from "Bari" to "Bar". You will receive detailed directions from us so that you can find your holiday home quickly and easily. We will also be happy to help you plan your trip with tips and recommendations for your route.
The small and quiet village of 'Utjeha' (in German: 'Trost') is located about 10 km south of the harbour town of 'Bar' in Montenegro directly on the Adriatic coast.

All guests of the holiday flat receive a welcome fruit basket with fresh fruit from the region. Beautiful flat and first class service
It was our first holiday in Montenegro and we were pleasantly surprised! A really nice flat, clean and well maintained and equipped with everything (even the complete James Bond collection was there)
The information in the advertisement is all correct and the landlord (Michael) looks after his guests very well. We went on several excursions with him and especially liked the yacht excursion
In short: recommendable! Thank you Michael for a wonderful holiday!

The flat is perfectly equipped with everything you need for everyday life. You don't have to make any compromises, because everything your heart desires is available
High quality characterises the entire property. You can stay here longer than just a few weeks on holiday.
The service is ingenious and you get help at any time, even if you need to jump-start your car.
