We rent out an unique ground floor apartment with panoramic pool- and seaviews. The property is situated on the very first beachline in luxury community with 2 large pools, separate childrens pool, and offers south orientation with all day sun! The property has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards. Numerous paintings and lamps are creating a very homely feeling. The spacious living room has a fireplace and dining table to seat up to 6 people. Infront of the fireplace you will find a comfortable lounge area.From living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace, which overlooks the rear pool and open sea. From the covered sunny terrace you enjoy beautifuly seaviews. On the terrace is a large gardentable with 6 chairs, 2 sunloungers and large outside lounge furniture. Both bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes and en-suite-bathrooms with under floor heating and windows. The master bedroom offers directly pool/ seaviews. Here you will find a large double bedbed. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds. Further the apartment offers a spacious wooden kitchen with all amenities incl. of washing mashine and tumble dryer. The property has an air conditioning system throughout (warm/cold), sattelite TV and underground parking space. A perfect holiday home all year long in a luxury ambience!

As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past. Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. This new development has been sensitively built in traditional Andalucian and Moorish style and the architectural detail, whilst unique in concept, gives a sense of history and permanence. La Perla de La Bahía is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday. The La Perla Café and Restaurant offers a wide range of delicious meals and snacks. Freshly baked bread and pastries can also be purchased here.

San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door, just 1,5 kms. far away from the urbanisation. You can drive in to the village or walk on the beach to the centre. In Sabinillas you will find farmacy, banks, backery, shops, bars, restaurants and 3 supermarkets. Just 3min. drive far away is the marina port of Puerto de la Duquesa with numerious shops, bars, restaurants, business centre and fitness studio. To the near white village of Casares are just 14 km. Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 min. drive away.

All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays incl. of underground parking space, sattelite TV, electricity, water, air conditioning, bedlinen, towels and final cleaning at departure.

Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

NOTE: rates for the period 12.July 2014 - 30.August 2014 are for minimum stay of 2 weeks with change-over on Saturday!

LONG TERM RATES IN WINTER APPLY FOR A MINIMUM STAY OF 30 NIGHTS (01.11.2013-11.04.2014); FOR SHORTER PERIODS HIGHER RATES WILL APPLY!

Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date. **** Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

Sehr gut eingerichtete großzügige Wohnung in der man sich gleich wie Zuhause fühlt.

recommend for: adventure and experience, holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday

Vicinity of the holiday home: Sehr schöne Terrassenwohnungsanlage direkt am Meer.Für langzeitaufenthalt bestens geeignet.Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

free time activities: Im Februar und März sind Strandwanderungen und Golfen angesagt.

shopping facilities: Lidel,Mercator in unmittelbarer Nähe. Carrefour mit super Fischabteilung ist in Estenona.
