We are an older couple and would like to offer you a very nice holiday flat in our 2 family house. We fulfil small wishes immediately, large ones take a little longer. We are very happy about your visit. If your relatives would like to stay with us, you can also surprise them with a voucher. The newly furnished, modern 55 sqm comfort non-smoking holiday flat is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with double sofa bed, relax chair and TV set, a bedroom with double bed and single couch, a comfortably furnished kitchen with dining area and shower/WC. The flat sleeps 3 people. There is a sitting area for you in the garden. It is situated in a very quiet location, in a small cul-de-sac near the Rabenstein forest and the reservoir, and yet it is the centre for many starting possibilities.
