Holiday apartments and houses in Wolfsburg

Mold in the shower, the neighbors were loud the whole time, no contact person on site for problems. Category poorly described. In a Superior room, I expect a bit more than in a normal room. The bed was super small. Would not come back under these circumstances.

Positive: The surroundings are very quiet and one can relax. The building is generally very beautiful and the rooms are quite comfortably furnished. The pillows are really different and suitable for various needs. Negative: I had a thick lipstick mark on my bed linen; it smelled very strongly of a room fragrance and the smell did not go away even after long airing; the breakfast sits out all day, fresher items like sausage and vegetables are only provided in the morning, but everything had a somewhat musty impression. The carafes for milk and orange juice were also dirty; the invoice was not suitable for submission to my employer from the beginning, repeated inquiries and assurances from the employee were not enough to obtain a proper invoice, for which I also had to write an email afterwards.

Reception staff absolutely terrible. Lies to your face. No efforts for problem-solving. Barely any German skills. Absolutely brazen. Again today (3x in 4 weeks) bathroom unclean and in need of renovation. Room door not additionally lockable. Room facing the Rewe parking lot, which is apparently used as a party location in the evening. Internet does not work. Return to the hotel at 20. 30 o'clock - no lighting at the house, no lighting in front of the house, the parking lot pitch dark, the alley in front pitch dark. Since the reception was already unstaffed at this time, I showed arriving guests the way. It was pitch dark! Absolute cheek! The room keys were just lying on the counter. Anyone could have taken them, as the entrance door was open! This was the first time I didn't book through booking, but directly on the homepage - that alone was very unpleasant. Different rooms are offered than those listed in the booking. It is suggested that cancellation would be free - but that is not true! Pay close attention! This was the last time here. It wouldn't have been possible with the previous owner. There is no breakfast!
