Checked in and found that the view from the living room was just as breathtaking as advertised. The wood stove provided warmth and made the evenings after the hikes nearby cozy. Spent afternoons on the terrace watching Olden, what a backdrop!

The location above the Nordfjord and the view were phenomenal. Recommendations: When visiting the Briksdal Glacier, make sure no cruise ship is in Olden - otherwise, it is very crowded there. The Kjendalsbreen (access through the Lom Valley) was almost even more beautiful than the Briksdal Glacier - the drive through the valley to get there was also dreamy.
