Top condition of the house. One can immediately see that it was built in 2023. The amenities leave nothing to be desired (indoor pool with counter-current system, whirlpool, pizza oven, grill, billiards, kicker, and fully equipped kitchen. Two dishwashers and a very large refrigerator as well as freezer are available. The location is top. Close to the sea, shopping opportunities, and various attractions. Ideal for 2 families with children or friends. Recommendations: The pizza oven and the plancha grill plate were the highlights. Definitely use them, as this is already exceptional for a holiday home. We used them daily for various dishes. However, both the pizza oven and the plancha grill had not been cleaned of ash by our predecessors, although this is explicitly required upon departure and non-compliance is also associated with additional costs. Likewise, the Weber kettle grill was not usable. The grill grate is completely rusted and apparently has never been cleaned. The covered outdoor lounge corner unfortunately also had to be cleaned of leaves, cobwebs, and crumbs / food remnants from our predecessors. I think it can be expected that the outdoor area is also swept and the seat cushions vacuumed. The interior area, including the pool, was on the other hand absolutely well maintained and cleaned.

What a beautiful place! The interior was cozy and welcoming, and the terrace provided a great spot for morning coffee, We also explored nearby Ullerup Skov, which was just a short drive away, Definitely a place we'd return to,

Recommendations: Hundested is very worthwhile. Otherwise, Copenhagen and Kronborg are worthwhile excursion destinations. Otherwise, one should bring a broom, as there is none on site and the vacuum cleaner does not work well.
