Holiday apartments and houses in Hechtel-Eksel

Unfortunately, our experience was not good at Park Eksel. When we arrived in the evening, only 2 of the 4 beds were made. We called about this, and they said bedding would be brought. An hour later, unfortunately, no one had come, and we called again. Then it was indicated that no one would come to bring it. As a result, 2 people slept without bedding for 1 night. The next morning, someone came to deliver a package with bedding and he gave a voucher for 6 free breakfast rolls. Nice gesture but seems to us a bit of a strange compensation for a night without sheets. We would like to hear a response to possibly resolve this.

What a lovely place! The bungalow is modern and clean, and the terrace was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring the Bosland nature reserve. We enjoyed our stay and the peaceful environment.
