Our first trip to "real" Brittany took us to Sibiril, in Josiane's charming cottage with blue shutters – fortunately! It was an ideal starting point to explore the countryside and its inhabitants, then retreat to the cozy little house. A truly relaxing vacation! The house offers everything necessary; we lacked nothing. And the beautiful garden provides space and calm to relax. Thank you again for your hospitality and warm welcome. We spent two wonderful weeks in Brittany and are absolutely thrilled! The holiday home was simply perfect and equipped with everything you need. The large garden was especially nice, where you could relax wonderfully.

The landlord, Maxim, was incredibly friendly and helpful – you felt welcome from the very beginning. He had great tips for excursions in the area and was always available if you had questions. The area is breathtaking: rugged coasts, idyllic villages, great beaches, and plenty of nature. Those seeking peace and relaxation are exactly right here. We were able to wonderfully unwind and let our souls dangle. We will definitely come back – it was an all-around successful vacation!

We - two bipeds and two quadrupeds - spent 3 wonderful, relaxing weeks at Magnolia. In the first two weeks, we especially enjoyed the nightly fireplace, as it was quite chilly at the end of April/beginning of May. James: Many thanks for the great supply of wood! The holiday apartment is equipped with everything you need, including the kitchen. You almost had the forest to yourself. Plants, trees, and the scent of fresh forest floor were extremely decelerating. The morning walk was accompanied by bird chirping. Looking out of the window, you could see beautiful pink rhododendron blooms. The terrace, where the sun shone in the morning, was the perfect place to enjoy the spring sun to the fullest and have a coffee. Living in this historic building and the lovingly designed and equipped holiday apartment was something special. The landlords, Monika and James: We would love to give more than 5 points (but unfortunately cannot). In addition to tips for activities, we also received support in finding a dentist plus translation and escort services. Monika, another big thank you for that! And then there are the Bretons themselves: Everywhere we met friendly, helpful people, not to mention Breton cuisine. The location: We deliberately chose a more rural location a bit away from the sea so that we could easily drive off in different directions and explore different areas. It was 25 to 35 minutes by car to the coastal towns at normal speed. The pink granite rocks are definitely worth a visit, the tide brings out different landscapes, and a sunset by the sea, perhaps together with a delicious meal and a glass of wine, rounds off the holiday feeling.
