The vacation apartment is excellently equipped, nothing is missing. Very quietly located, yet easily reachable on foot to the town center. Exercise is always commendable! All activities can be well coordinated from here, especially with the guest card for transportation, if one wants to do without the car for a while. With a mountain bike, a round trip around the Schluchsee is mandatory, especially in nice weather for sure. Unfortunately, Fortuna was not always on my side at this time of year. Nevertheless, hiking with appropriate clothing is always beneficial, Wutach-, Gauchach gorge, etc. Detour... sightseeing tour through Freiburg, interesting and worth seeing. All in all, a pleasant stay in a landscape full of experiences, gladly again?

I was somewhat annoyed by the payment terms. A deposit at the time of booking is clear, but having to pay the full amount four weeks in advance seems a bit unreasonable to me. As a customer, I find it appropriate to be able to transfer at least 10% of the total amount after the service has been provided on your part. Furthermore, I don't understand why the full amount must be paid four weeks before the start of the stay. Therefore, I am still considering whether to book with you again. Best regards,

Great apartment. Super equipped and amazing view. The only strange thing was that the heating didn’t work properly. It was set to 23 degrees the whole time, regardless of the program selected. And in the lower bathroom, the siphon didn’t seem to work well, as the smell was noticeable. Would love to come back!
