worse customer service BelvillaVia Belvilla rented a holiday home at De IJsvogel in Voorthuizen. The rental costs would amount to € 827.11. € 708.96 to be paid to Belvilla, the remainder to De IJsvogel. But from the IJsvogel I got a bill for € 190.10. That brought the rent to €899.06 instead of €828.11. I could not complain about this anywhere on the Belvilla website. So just called. Hung up the first time, after being on hold for 50 minutes, the second time, after being on hold for 40 minutes. Worthless!!!

A beautiful Christmas experience with a burning fire and a happy family. The cottage is sufficient for a group of 8. Well scanty reception package. Bring your own cubes for the dishwasher otherwise you will be begging from the neighbors on Christmas Day because neither the reception nor the shop is open. Friendly easily accessible park.

In the week before we came, the house was painted indoors and you can clearly smell it.

Contrary to the description, the house does not have a 2nd toilet on the floor.

Also disappointing, the mattresses on the different beds.

Too bad but alas, next stay somewhere else.
