Beautiful thatched house with holiday flats in Pepelow

We stayed for 10 days in the cosy holiday flat in the thatched-roof house, on the grounds of a former farm.
There are still a few animals there (sheep, chickens, ducks, Highland cattle, cats)
A smoked fish snack bar on the campsite is close by with a view of the lagoon in the first row, great cultural and explorations in the surrounding area (e.g. Wismar, Rerik, Poel Island, Kühlungborn, Rostock, Warnemünde, Bad Doberan) are possible by bike/car in an unspoilt, very beautiful area... In front of the house there is your own large lawn with garden furniture. From the house you have a fantastic view into the green and onto the water (Salzhaff). There is also a nice shed for storing bicycles. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not always work, but we survived. We would choose the flat again if we wanted to travel to this area again. A big "thank you" to the landlady for all the great information & tips, which we used extensively.

The bungalow has a small kitchen corner in the open living area, well equipped with everything needed for cooking. In the living area, there is also a cozy couch with a table and two chairs, so you can eat indoors in bad weather, and if you like, watch TV, but you also have the option to use the terrace in front of the house or sit in the garden with a view of the Salzhaff. The bungalow has two bedrooms, one of which has a view of the water. One can spend a quiet day in Pepelow, walk by the Salzhaff, enjoy freshly smoked fish, and take the children to the playground. In nice weather, one can walk far into the water; it is a bit stony and there are many algae on the beach. To the Baltic Sea, for example, it takes about half an hour to Kühlungsborn, Wismar, or the island of Poel, and it takes 20 minutes to Rerik. We were there last summer and will come again next year; for us, it has everything you need for a beach vacation.
