A small drawback is the height for cars in the underground garage of 1.50 m. It was mentioned in the documents, but we thought: We have a normal car and it will fit. Since our car is 1.57 m high, we had to "juggle" day by day regarding parking between paid parking and free parking in front of the house. Parking further away was out of the question due to health challenges. It would be good to point out even more clearly in the documents: Measure car height at home.

The apartment is lovingly furnished and equipped. It is also suitable for very small well-behaved dogs. For arrival with a small car, there is also a parking space within a short walking distance. The location of the apartment is top. Short walk to the beach, to the harbor (where there are fish sandwiches) and into the city.

A small suggestion for improvement would be a refrigerator with an ice compartment, so that one can store a small supply of ice cubes for cocktails or snacks. This would make the experience even more comfortable. Additionally, cocktail glasses would be a nice addition to round off the drink evening perfectly. It would also have been nice if the oven had been mentioned in the description of the amenities. In the cabinets, there were even baking pans available, so one could also prepare a cake, a pizza, or other dishes. Another point concerns the location, which is truly excellent: It would be nice if the occasional sailors with their boats did not anchor between the houseboats. Our first day and the first night were somewhat loud due to the conversations of the sailors next door, but fortunately, that was only for a short time.
