The house we rented was a nice house with plenty of rooms. The availability of air conditioning is also a plus and it is close to the Jan Thiel beach and the supermarket, so you can enjoy yourself even without a rental car. Nice that there is a refrigerator that makes ice cubes so that your drink is always cold. There are also plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. Towels are available and you can also use 220V plugs so travel plugs are not necessary. A few lesser things were: - the additional charge for the electricity costs was almost € 400 while on arrival it was said if you only switch on the air conditioning "in the evening, then you will be fine, but this is completely incorrect. We only switched on the air conditioning" in the evening, but consumed 5x the number of Kwh "s of the available Kwh. In our case, this would only have been enough for 3 days.I think this is really bad and a huge disappointment at the end of the holiday.- There is no description how the oven works and therefore it is very searching- The pool is relatively small for a house for 14 people. In addition, the water was very green for the last 2-3 days. This while we always rinsed before entering the pool. It seemed as if the filter that keeps it clean was turned off.- There is no fin in the living room. there is no air conditioning. Although you are rarely inside, that is a shame because if you still want to watch TV, it is really too hot inside.- In the kitchen it is also very warm and no extractor hood or the like. Of course you can open the windows, but if you do that, the wind will blow so badly that the gas will blow out again. - The information book could be a bit tidier and perhaps some extra tips / information.

accommodation is nice, only very noisy because there is no glass in the windows and it is on a road, nice building, pool okay, it was not very clean, much (min.5 mm) dust on the cupboards and under the beds. we had 3 bathrooms, but after 2 people showered the water was cold

We were 5 adults and 2 kids. The villa is fantastic. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk, and the beach and restaurants about the same. The beach is great for the kids. Overall excellent. The one problem is the lack of screens or mosquito nets for the beds. The kids had many mosquito bites overnight.
