I spent 9 wonderful days in the villa. There is plenty of space for 2 people. The pool is very nice. The kitchen is adequately equipped. Only 5 minutes by car to a beautiful sandy beach. Giuseppe took very good care of us. He responded to WhatsApp messages immediately. I can recommend it further.

Good day. Generally, we enjoyed the stay very much and can highly recommend the villa. Here are a few individual notes: - The driveway to the house is quite adventurous! However, the view is beautiful. And it is very quiet. - The heating worked well - The utensils for dishes and glasses could be optimized (for example, wine glasses: there were four and all were different). We cooked a lot together and appreciate a nice dining culture. Also, good knives and cutting boards are missing. - The top is that each room has its own bathroom - The pool was filled but unheated - actually unnecessary for April - WLAN worked great - Twice we received a basket full of lemons as a gift - very thoughtful! - The people we contacted on-site were very reliable and helpful and responded quickly when we had a concern. Ascea may not be the most attractive place on the coast, but there is a super modern supermarket! We had a great time!

The communication was smooth and very pleasant. The house, as well as the property and the location, was very nice and as described on the website. I would have liked to know that the upper floor can only be reached by an outdoor staircase. This was not apparent to us in advance.
