It should become a beach pearl again.

The house fundamentally has a lot of potential. We originally wanted to arrive with three adults and specifically paid attention to the fact that there are three bedrooms when booking. However, one of the bedrooms is very small: when the IKEA Hemnes bed is pulled out, there is hardly any space left to move in the room. With an occupancy of two people, you can only leave the bed by climbing over the other person. Upon our arrival, two of the five beds were unusable because the slatted frames were broken. One of the beds was repaired relatively quickly by the vacation rental; the other is so badly damaged that it needs to be replaced.

Additionally, two blinds are missing. Since some beds are directly under a window or facing the street, this is unfavorable. The vacation home rental offered to schedule an appointment with a craftsman company for the installation of new blinds. This would have required us to spend additional time during our vacation to have this issue resolved. In the small guest toilet, a strong drainage smell was also noticeable.

The furniture is partly old and worn. In particular, the chair in the bathroom and the cabinet in one of the small bedrooms should be renewed. In the small room, there is also a shelf that is not attached to the wall and could therefore be dangerous for small guests. The beer table set placed next to one of the cabinets should be stored in the shed. Additionally, there are two children's chairs in the small rooms that further restrict the already limited space. A different solution should also be found for that. With an occupancy of six people, the dishes are partly insufficient; some pieces are chipped or defective. Overall, the house is a bit too small for six people, especially the seating in the living room is limited.

On the positive side, the house was clean and has a sauna.
