1 week holiday in a very nice flat

Hello dear Fam. Meyer, we would like to thank you for a very successful week's holiday. The flat is really wonderful, great furnished everything you need and super clean. We felt very comfortable and were very enthusiastic and many thanks to Mr. Meyer who always responded very nicely when we had a question We will definitely come back to Dahme and maybe one of the other flats. Gladly again

We, my partner, our senior Chihuahua and I, spent our summer holiday in the flat "Freia2". We didn't want for anything. Perfectly adequate for two people. Only the left mattress is quite worn out, so it is very soft to lie on. I can't understand the bad reviews about the cleanliness. It is only a 7-minute walk to the Baltic Sea and about 13 minutes to the dog beach. The main road didn't bother us at all and we live in the village, so the traffic is really limited. We would love to come back again!

Never again !!!

We stayed for 1 week in the flat Ümir....The rooms, especially the living room smell musty despite airing. It must be the upholstery in the living room. You totally sink into them, a normal sitting is hardly possible
However, we hardly spent any time in the living room anyway because of the mustiness.

The heating was not on, despite the temperature of 17°. Okay, nobody can do anything about the weather, but the landlord should give you the opportunity to turn on the heating, especially at this price

In the kitchen there is no socket for the appliances on the sideboard (old microwave, small oven etc.). So either don't use them or put them on the table (there is 1 socket there), which with the big microwave makes it impossible to sit properly at the table

In the WC: Dingy shower cubicle, here rust mixes with uncleaned remains from previous showers
There are only 2 towel rails, there is no towel rail at all

If you use the sink (bathroom or kitchen), the water bubbles in the toilet, which also tends to clog up. If 3 people want to shower one after the other, you should hurry, otherwise the third person will not have much hot water.

All in all, the furnishings are outdated, only the bedroom, except for the wardrobe, is more or less normal. At least it is renovated and has a nice wooden ceiling and acceptable floor tiles.
However, we left the clothes in the suitcase instead of putting them in the wardrobe (smell).

The covered terrace is adequately equipped with 4 chairs and tables and a clothes horse. However, the grill should be replaced, as the grill grate is covered with black "mud" and meat is no longer tasty.

All in all, no danger of repeating the experience. And if you now consider that we paid approx. 80,- Euro per day plus 60,- Euro final cleaning, the disappointment is already very big.
