Hi Thomas, if the house would have been better cleaned it would be good. Main critic point is, that the windows were not clean at all. We have still have an open issue about the first reservation 19 QT VM UY / 81423002060000 via AirBNB. Your company has canceled this booking with no understandable reason. We have the AirBNB Confirmation and have paid €855.40. You have only credited us 735.64 €. We would like to get the missing €119.76 back. Your customer service was so far not able to get this issue solved. In expectation of your answer Anett & Marc Kirchner

Excellent service from the park. Nastier duvets were replaced. Just a pity that there was a lot of dust on lamps, floor etc. Not cleaned for some time. Fridge / freezer was not closed properly so a lot of melt water.Equal cleaning on arrival. Different expectation to start your holiday with. Made good by arranging cake on birthday. That was great again.
