A high-quality jewel, but worn out and neglected.

In itself a truly wonderful place, but unfortunately this high-quality holiday apartment (coach house) is very run down and the owners do not maintain it properly. Examples: - Stained sofa cushions - Dirty, sticky drawers in the kitchen - Completely covered windows with bird droppings - The parking space in front of the house has a large spot where paving stones were forgotten, resulting in a muddy hole right in front of the front door - Floor in the toilet sticky and dirty - Dirty, sticky pot holder in the kitchen - No dishcloths, no dish soap available (we then bought some ourselves) - Parquet in the living room completely worn out - Light in the toilet is missing and the bare light socket is unsecured - Water from the tap is completely milky, which is due to the drinking water system not being maintained (maintenance date according to display exceeded) The cleanliness issues that could be addressed immediately were then cleaned by the property management at our request, which sent a cleaning team again on the day of arrival.

We felt very comfortable here. The landlords are incredibly friendly and approachable. The house and the garden are beautifully stunning. Everything you need is available. Additionally, the location of the house is perfect; you can walk to the Schlei, and the neighbors are far away. If you want to find peace in a cozy, lovingly designed house and garden, this is the right place for you. We will definitely come back.
