Evaluation of the holiday home
The holiday home is about 500 meters on foot from the beach. The location is very nice, quiet, and clear. The house and the garden offer a lot of space and are well-suited for several people. Upon entering the house, we initially had a very positive impression: it seemed spacious, modern, and clean. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection, it became clear that the cleaning was not thoroughly done everywhere. Some drawers were clearly dirty, and the splash guard glasses in the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. The existing jacuzzi in the house was unfortunately taped off upon our arrival and could therefore not be used. In general, some information for guests was missing, for example about shopping options or also about firewood. Since there is a fireplace, it would be helpful if there were indications of where to buy wood in the area. Shopping options are otherwise only accessible by car. The kitchen equipment is generally sufficient (plates and glasses are adequately available), but small items like teaspoons or scissors are missing. Cleaning supplies were also not available. Those who wish to clean during their stay should therefore bring their own items such as a mop or cleaner. A positive aspect is the very large and spacious sauna. The door handle, however, is made of metal, which requires caution when opening from the inside, as there is a risk of burns. The outdoor jacuzzi is heated with firewood. Heating it is quite time-consuming, but definitely worth every minute and a real highlight. Unfortunately, the vacuum cleaner was hardly usable upon our arrival, as the bag was completely full and smelled strongly. However, after feedback, it was immediately replaced. In general, the Dancenter team reacted very helpfully and also offered to send a cleaner to fix the deficiencies. Since we had already moved in at that time, we declined and took care of the smaller issues ourselves. A special thanks goes to the employee Torben, who came by personally twice and was very helpful. Unfortunately, the pool table is severely damaged, making playing only possible to a limited extent. It should be repaired or replaced. Another point of criticism is the internet: WLAN and LAN only work very sporadically for short periods. A stable internet connection was practically non-existent during our stay. The house is overall very suitable for six to eight people. However, for families with small children, it should be noted that some ladders in the house are quite steep and require skill. For children under about nine years old, these can be dangerous. Conclusion: The holiday home is overall very beautiful, spacious, and generally clean. The first impression was very positive, even though some shortcomings became apparent later. However, with a bit more attention to cleaning, better information for guests, and minor repairs, the house could significantly improve in quality.
