The apartment is in a dilapidated condition. The wallpaper on the walls is dirty and damaged in all rooms. A screw is missing from the loft bed in the children's room, causing the upper bed rail to be loose. The mattresses are truly disgusting, completely unusable, full of stains and worn out. The faucet in the kitchen is completely loose. There is a lack of pots and dishes or glasses. The one, two pans and lids that are available are also dirty and are under the sink under the dirty siphon. The windows of the apartment are very old and leaky. The wallpaper is almost coming down from the ceiling in places. The sofa and chairs are more than worn out; there is a folding table in the kitchen, but one searches in vain for kitchen chairs there. The railing on the stairs up to the apartment is loose, which is really dangerous. We did not occupy the vacation apartment upon arrival due to the described deficiencies, but instead went straight home. Such a place should not be rented out!

Clean and comfortable accommodation, the living area is nicely decorated, and we enjoyed our evenings watching television. It is also conveniently located near the restaurant Ratskeller, where we had a delicious dinner.
