On arrival everything worked out wonderfully. We were there shortly before four and the key was in the key box. Unfortunately, the first impression of the house was not so positive. The garden, which was supposed to invite you to relax, was overgrown, the existing chairs did not invite you to sit together (looked very neglected) and the grill did not look particularly clean, so we saw it directly on arrival - without the apartment to have - decided not to grill here under any circumstances. The beach chair shown in the photos was also missing. The house itself could have been made more inviting with minimal effort for the first impression by regularly removing existing spider webs at the entrance area (we were on site for nine days and there was a cleaner almost every day, so this could have been done) . We had the apartment on the first floor. At first glance, this was clean. Unfortunately, we also had to find out at second glance that there were points that could be improved (without us assuming that it was not hygienic). A family with small children must have lived in the apartment in front of us - you could still see the children's handprints on the windows. Also, cobwebs on the balcony were not removed (which were definitely there for a long time and were not woven in the hours before our arrival), and the coffee machine was not cleaned (jug rinsed, filter out, but otherwise not cleaned). Everything was tiled below, which made it look neat and clean - the upper room had a carpet. This was anything but properly laid (no baseboards). The quality of the wallpapering performance also leaves something to be desired. The beds were made on arrival and the towels that were booked were on site. Tolle Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Ausstattung, geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön. ABER - Leider haben uns die extrem vielen Spinnen im Wintergarten/Terrasse sehr viele Probleme bereitet. Wir haben jeden Abend über 30-50 sehr sehr große Spinnen im Wintergarten gehabt. Da muss etwas geändert werden. Wenn die Spinnen nicht wären könnte man der Ferienwohnung eine 5/5 geben.
