Ik en mijn gezin hebben samen met vrienden een huisje gehuurd in Frankrijk via Belvilla.nl https://nl.belvilla.be/fr/100017667/

van 15/07 tem 22/7. De dag van onze aankomst overviel de teleurstelling ons meteen. Het gehuurde huisje waar we 2.500 euro voor betaald hadden bleek een afgeleefde woning te zijn met heel veel gebreken en vooral een gebrek aan hygiëne (totaal niet conform de voorgestelde foto's op de website). De beheerder Dhr. C die onder contract werkt voor de eigenaars kwam op onze vraag zondag langs en was om het zacht uit te drukken niet tevreden met onze opmerkingen. Hij ontkende niet het gegeven dat het huis afgeleefd staat en totaal niet werd onderhouden maar deed dan ook al even de moeite niet dit samen met de eigenaars op te nemen. Op zijn vraag kwam de poetsvrouw langs de dag erop. Zij heeft 45min. gepoetst tegen haar zin, niet goed wetende hoe ze de zaken moest aanpakken en bovendien onbeleefd. Toen ik maandag 17/07 eindelijk iemand aan de lijn kreeg van Belvilla moest ik alle foto's doorsturen alsook een mail schrijven waarin alle gebreken stonden omschreven. Ik en mijn man hebben in die week dit 4x moeten doen, telkens zonder enige reactie van Belvilla. Wij voelden ons enorm in de steek gelaten door Belvilla en wisten meteen dat we hier niet konden op rekenen. Elke voorafgaande mail en foto's gingen verloren in de mails van Belvilla waarop we telkens opnieuw konden starten. Dit is heel vermoeiend alsook zeer onprofessioneel, wat dan ook bleek uit de volgende communicatie. Toen we eindelijk op 2/08 enige reactie kregen viel letterlijk onze mond open. Alles was onze fout, er waren geen gebreken, de beheerder en de poestvrouw hadden hun werk gedaan. We kregen het voorstel om een compensatie te aanvaarden van 160 euro. Hierop heb ik een reactie teruggestuurd met als vraag onze klacht serieus te nemen en voor de dag te komen met een degelijke compensatie. Ons doel is een compensatie vergoed te krijgen alsook de woning te verwijderen op Belvilla. Ik heb aangegeven dat ik deze post ging maken indien zij geen gevolg geven aan mijn mails.

Gebreken:

- oude en afgeleefde woning

- stinkende en zure geur van de gebruikte open haard (al maanden niet gereinigd)

- overal spinnenwebben

- zwarte schimmel in badkamers

- kapotte toilet

- versleten bedden en lattenbodems

- vuile en smerige kasten

- ongedierte doorheen de volledige woning

- achtergelaten afval/keukenresten door vorige eigenaars (waar je geen behoefte aan hebt als nieuwe huurder)

- vuile meubels die niet uitnodigen om te gebruiken

- vermelde beschrijving/foto's klopt niet met de realiteit (1x badkamer i.p.v. 2x)

- zwembadkussens degoutant smerig

- keuken vuil en afgeleefd
