I don't often give bad reviews but this time I really can't help it. The Diamant apartment is a very uninviting neglected space. It's like being in an outdated hostel. All furniture is heavily dated and there is no atmosphere at all. The mattresses are rock hard none of us slept well. The apartment is not maintained at all. Terrace also uncomfortable, the paint is peeling off the window frames. It is certainly not a cheap location and we agreed that this is not really possible for this money. The location is great but we only went away as much as possible we did not feel at home and thought it was certainly not worth the money . Unfortunate!

The price for this apartment is not justified - with this equipment and the defects.

A holiday apartment in which you probably have to bring your own crockery. In an apartment for four people there is a wine glass - with all other equipment (plates, cups, glasses) it looks similarly sparse, to the point of none. There is green algae in the tank of the coffee machine. The bathroom smells very unpleasant after canal.

Some of the windows cannot be opened. Partially broken furniture, a bench with a broken leg?

At the staircase, there is a bulky waste storage.

We have booked this apartment several times, we were last here in 2021 - unfortunately the condition is getting worse and the price higher. Despite the good location for us so the last time.

It was spacious and everything was there. The location is beautiful and the staff is friendly. It needs renovation and for a 6 person house no dishwasher. Very noisy and we had the misfortune that there were school-age children outside the school season. You have to check out much too early and can only check in late, then you no longer have a midweek.
