We (a total of 177 years!) spent 14 wonderful vacation days here and are full of gratitude for Dr. Posch and his wife. The apartment is equipped with every conceivable comfort; there is truly nothing missing. The thoughtful attention to guests is also evident in a bouquet of roses in the room, various drinks, chocolate, and small items like matches and a shoehorn. We were especially happy about the ventilation during the hot days, and we have rarely slept as well as in the box spring beds. A special joy is enjoying the garden, which was now in full bloom with roses, the absolute peace, and the proximity to the lake, which can also be easily accessed by those with mobility impairments. Last but not least, I thank Dr. Posch for all the patience in answering my questions in advance and also here. We can wholeheartedly recommend this paradise.

A beautiful, spacious, lovingly and individually furnished apartment (not for people who prefer boring 0815 apartments!) that could hardly be better: Ideal for 2 people, but also enough space for 3, as there are 2 separate bedrooms; own access to the 1st floor; own parking space directly at the house; own balcony
The friendly and helpful Schlenker couple welcomed us with chilled beer and lemonade in the fridge. Teas, coffee and various spices and ingredients were also available. The kitchen is fully equipped.
All towels owned by the landlord are washed by the Schlenker family in between; however, there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The WC is conveniently separate
Even fitness enthusiasts will get their money's worth: in the attic, workout enthusiasts will find a small gym, including an ergo-bike and a stepper.
A giant flat-screen TV and a music system await guests in the living room.
The location of the apartment is no less ideal: in 5 minutes you can walk to the centre of this friendly spa town; a butcher (Hausberger; the hit: fennel-chilli sausages!) and a baker (Winhart; both highly recommended) are almost within cherry-picking distance of the apartment. In the village there're various good cafés and restaurants (tip: you can eat well and genuinely Bavarian food in the nearby "Kriechbaumer" and in the "Maxlrainer": nice large beer garden, own brewery specialities). If you want to dine a little more upmarket, you can visit "Das Lindner" the "Maxlrainer" also has a somewhat more upmarket "department".
The ice cream boutique "Venezia" should also not be missed ... ;)
Bad Aibling itself is also a very convenient starting point for various fantastic sights and locations, whether for culture vultures, lake romantics or mountain fans (Mr Schlenker has lots of great tips).
We would stay there again at any time!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and quietly located. I particularly liked the proximity to the Inn and the beautiful opportunities for cycling and walking. The host was easygoing and gave me a lot of privacy during my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
