The Holiday home
High above, nestled between village and forest edge stands Casa Nanda. Sunny and concealed with a herb garden and a vine pergola, the courtyard is a eidrücklichen views of the historic town center up to the Ligurian Apennines.
Wisely, the house was renovated from the cellar to the roof according to biological criteria and is ready for our guests since, 2015. Casa Nanda has 3 individually designed double rooms, 2 spacious bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. As well as a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living / dining room on the ground floor.
Casa Nanda is for single use and with its sunny secluded courtyard undisturbed place of recreation and experience. Sunbathers will find a sparkling outdoor shower which gush leaves no water to be desired.

Surrounded by numerous historic buildings, the authentic wine village between Nizza Monferrato and Acqui Terme is located in the hills of Monferrato.
Mombaruzzo is surrounded by vineyards and woods yet centrally located. Shops, pharmacy, bank, post office and restaurants are within minutes walking distance and also a railway station is available.
Close three cities and Milan, Genoa and Turin are just over an hour.

Das Haus ist liebevoll renoviert, ästhetisch ansprechend eingerichtet und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der uneinsehbare Innenhof mit seiner weinbelaubten Pergola und den schönen Blumenbeeten und -töpfen eröffnet einen wunderbaren Blick in die Landschaft. Die sympathischen Gastgeber helfen unkompliziert bei allen Fragen. Wir erlebten eine rundum gelungene Woche mit interessanten Ausflügen in die Umgebung und haben uns in diesem schönen Ambiente sehr wohlgefühlt und bestens erholt.

We hebben een ontzettend leuke week gehad in Casa Nanda. Het ontvangs is erg hartelijk, het huis is luxe ingericht en het uitzicht is adembenemend.
Vanuit de tuin zie je Mombaruzzo liggen, omringd door de heuevels van Piemonte en in de verte de Alpen.
Op loopafstand enkele kleinere dorpswinkels voor de boodschappen.
Binnen een uur rijden diverse leuke stadjes: Alba, Bra, Asti, Acqui Terme etc
We komen absoluut nog eens terug!

Zeer prive en rustig in origineel gebleven dorp. Lopende naar de winkel of een espresso halen. Geweldige gastheerschap! Zelf koken in zeer goed uitgeruste keuken of makkelijk op weg naar een slow food restaurant. Dolce vita beleven is hier eenvoudig!

"Casa Nanda" kann man eigentlich nur in den höchsten Tönen loben! Selten haben wir ein derart hervorragendes Feriendomizil erlebt. Die Liebe zum Detail ist auf jedem Quadratzentimeter zu sehen. Das Haus ist perfekt möbliert und schön gestaltet. Der - nicht einsehbare - Innenhof ist ein unvergesslicher Ort; man fühlt sich ein wenig der Welt entrückt. Die Panoramasicht ist mehr als beeindruckend und unendlich weit. Herzlichen Dank den Besitzern, Susanna & Enrico, die uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt und sehr herzlich empfangen haben!
