Your holiday resort Dorfchemnitz is an idyllic, quiet place in the Eastern Ore Mountains on the Chemnitzbach and an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. Our baker around the corner provides fresh bread rolls in the morning.
The historic hammer mill with its technical museum and the local history room are well worth a visit. You can admire the longest table in the world in the Blockhausen forest adventure centre and our little guests are invited to the cool forest playground
The spa town of Seiffen with its toy museum, summer toboggan run and romantic Christmas market during Advent is less than a 30-minute drive away, as is the mining town of Freiberg with Freiberg Cathedral and Germany's largest and most beautiful mineral show
Bathing fun for the whole family can be found in summer in the adventure pool in Mulda, only 8 km away, or in the Rechenberg-Bienenmühle eco-pool.

Top holiday flat, great for children
It is a super equipped holiday home with very modern facilities. The quiet location and lots of outdoor space is perfect for children. The hosts are very welcoming and the children were allowed to play on the grounds - the animals were the highlight. We will definitely be back

Idyllic holidays in the Erzgebirge Mountains.
We were very satisfied with our choice of the vacation rental. The place is quiet and located in the heart of the Erzgebirge. From here, you can easily reach excursion destinations in the region or explore the surrounding area around the village. There is a traditional bakery in the village where you can get fresh bread rolls and delicious, regionally typical pastries in the morning. And the sellers are always happy to have a chat with the customers.
Our vacation rental was neat, clean, modern, but also comfortably furnished! I slept super well in my bed. The vacation rental is privately operated. The landlords are very friendly. Accommodating, but not intrusive, and also had good excursion tips for us. They also have cattle, chickens, and huskies on their farm. We were allowed to watch the huskies play and eat. This was a highlight not only for my son!
Overall, we found our stay very beautiful, versatile, and relaxing. We were there in the summer. But the region is definitely worth seeing in winter as well. We will definitely come again.

Always happy to do it again
Who is not looking for a lot of hustle and bustle but still wants to be centrally located for many excursions, this is the right place. Very clean and neatly equipped accommodation. Friendly and considerate landlords, who are always available for a conversation. We would always go back to this accommodation.

Enchanting gem in a quiet location with feel-good guarantee
Dear Mrs. Schurig,
it has now been almost a year since we were allowed to be your guests. We are delighted that we will be able to spend Advent with you again this year. Advent with you again this year
We can unreservedly recommend these holiday flats and the hostess to all interested parties
In the large apartment on the ground floor we enjoyed the underfloor heating everywhere, the roaring fireplace in the evening, the bathtub as well as the modern bathroom and the lovingly decorated farmhouse
Both the layout of the flat and the many small details are very well thought out and we wanted for nothing
The apartment is absolutely quiet and far from the road. Long hiking tours let us escape from everyday life. A highlight of our stay was the visit to the nearby Christmas market in the beautiful silver town of Freiberg.
