The apartment is located in one of the most distinguished and quietest neighborhoods in North-Buenos Aires, a nice and green place next to the Rio de la Plata river. There are excellent transportation connections and the flatlet is only 200 meters away of the railway station which connects in 30 minutes with downtown. The neighborhood offers nice and quiet surroundings in clean air and several alternatives for cultural and leisure activities as well as restaurants and shopping, historical places and places of interest as for example an antique market (weekends). Train connection in a 30-minutes trip with the Rio de Plata river delta, biggest river delta of the world, as well as with downtown and its multiple amenities.
