Units in a building of about 180 square meters, spread over several floors.
It was renovated in 2012 and is continuously being improved and equipped.
The rooms, each furnished with two beds, can accommodate an additional bed or crib if necessary, given the size of the rooms.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. We only rent out linen exceptionally (when traveling by train or plane) or upon special request. The kitchen is equipped with a stove for cooking, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, cups, etc.,
jug and filter holder for coffee and other equipment required to make coffee.
The terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining or just relaxing.

The apartment is located about half of a narrow peninsula between the lagoon and the Adriatic Sea, a few meters from the beach and half an hour away from the city of Venice.
Although located in the vicinity of tourist activities and various shops (pizzeria, restaurant, tobacco and newspapers, groceries, etc.), the apartment, nestled in the green of a large and well-kept Mediterranean flora garden, is ideal For a deserved holiday.
Close to the sea, with a short walk (150 meters) you reach directly the wide, clean and free beach of the coast.
For those who bring with you the dog, there is the possibility to take advantage of the beach dedicated to our four-legged friends, about 250 m away from the apartment and within walking distance

Boat trips and bicycle tours are a great alternative to discover unique environmental scenarios such as fishing valleys, barns and pine forests, paradise for birdwatchers. After leaving the coast, you enter the old and charming lagoon villages of Ca 'Savio, Ca' Vio, Treporti, Lio Grando, Lio Piccolo and Punta Sabbioni.
For lovers of art and history, Venice and its islands can be reached in a few minutes with private and public boats from Treporti or Punta Sabbioni.
Those who enjoy nightlife, nearby Jesolo will find shops, restaurants and nightclubs open until late at night.

Paradise vacation
We spent 14 days of wonderful vacation with a local Poodle in the Mirko Angolin Residences in Cavallino-Treporti, Italy. We would like to thank Mr. Mirko Angolin and his family for the warm, friendly welcome, the support, and the advice on how to spend our free time. The house, the living spaces, and the protected area are clean and in perfect condition, thanks especially to Mirko. Green lawns, palm trees, pine trees, oleanders, other plants, and flowers - the beauty is like being in a park! The apartment has everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen, shower, and toilet - everything is functional and comfortable. For parking cars - spaces under the roof, for wagons, air mattresses, and umbrellas - separate spaces. In general - order in everything. The result is a peaceful and relaxing vacation without any disturbances of silence. The beach and the entire infrastructure of the "Cavallino" camping site are within walking distance. On behalf of our son, it is unnecessary to speak like this, and to return it to those who want to spend their vacation by the warm sea in the hospitable home of Mirko! Once again, respect and thank you!
