The villa can accommodate 20 persons comfortably (ten couples). There are 10 finely appointed bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower, wall safe, large balcony, flat panel television (cable), DVD-CD Stereo, and huge closets to store your luggage (which you won’t have to look at until you have to leave). Four rooms are equipped with king size beds, 4 rooms with queen size beds, and 2 rooms with two single beds. The Villa also has two dining areas, 2 kitchens, an oversized pool and the garden full of assorted tropical plants, fruit trees a private 12' outdoor movie theater and more. You may choose to prepare your own meals but for those selecting the Food Plan Option, the Villa’s personal cooks will satisfy your palate with a range of delicious dishes as well as Dominican specialties. Villa La Perla Negra is a two-story structure: The ground floor has five bedrooms numbered 1 – 5 with a kitchen and lounge the second floor has five bedrooms numbered 6 – 10 also with a kitchen and lounge. You may choose to rent one floor separately (semi-private) or rent the entire Villa (private). If you choose to rent semi-privately you do so with the knowledge that the other floor will be available for rental to a second party.
