Lying in the exclusive area of "Quarto Caldo" within the "Parco Nazionale del Circeo", the Villa has a view on the Pontinian Islands. The house is 15 minutes footwalk away from the village.

One and a half hour away from Rome and two from Naples, Circeo is the place where Odysseus with his companions met the witch Kirke (Odyssey, Book X). Although this happened 3000 years ago, cape Circeo is still green and magic. The coast is mainly rocky, with several caves where the remains of the Paleolithic man of Neanderthal were found. A large beach with numerous coastal lakes extends from Circeo to Sabaudia: here water ski and riding are practiced. S. Felice Circeo is surrounded by the protected area "Parco Nazionale del Circeo".
