We are a group of family, friends and acquaintances in Småland who have joined forces to rent out their holiday homes on our own. As the German in the otherwise Swedish family, I take care of the marketing of the holiday homes of the rest of the family and our friends. Of course, everything has to be in order, so I act as an intermediary, the rental contract is concluded with the respective house owner who also looks after you on site.
