Since we first visited Istria in 2003, Bale to be precise, we have been captivated by the region. Annual visits followed, during which not only a close friendship with our hosts developed, but also a good contact with the locals of the small contemplative town. This bond gave rise to the idea of founding a German agency to represent local holiday flats in Istria, together with the agency "Amfora" in Bale. We are pleased to be able to offer you a variety of holiday flats in this beautiful region. We are in close contact with the owners of the properties and know all the houses and flats personally. This enables us to assess and positively influence the furnishings and quality of the properties. We attach particular importance to fair conditions for both tenants and landlords.
