When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the landlady, Mrs. Feller, and received a brief briefing. In the storeroom next to the entrance is a Gardrobe, a fridge-freezer combination (in addition to the kitchen fridge, very practical) and the containers for the The house has several rooms, where you can stay comfortably, so you can get out of the way with three TVs can also different programs at the same time be looked at. Tip (card) games bring your own. The equipment is high quality and makes a good impression. The mattresses are relatively new, clean and depending on the bedroom medium to hard. The rooms facing Bundesstraße are a bit noisy, but in the back it is quite quiet. After a hard day the Fasssauna behind the house is a real treat. Actually, the house only has two toilets, which leads to a high number of people then in the morning to congestion. It is however already planned that a further toilet is built. The house has a good location, you are fast on the highway, fast in the mountains and you can walk directly from the house, hiking and cycling. When we had to realize that the coffee boiling lasts very long, because the coffee machine was calcified, Mrs. Feller brought after a short time a brandnew coffee machine, super! Class is also the offer to order with Mrs. Feller rolls for breakfast the next morning Eg via WhatsApp). These were then the next day so around 7 clock from the baker in front of the door. It was a great holiday in a pleasant atmosphere, we can only recommend the house.

A well-maintained house, with sufficient rooms and for those who want to cook for themselves, everything is available in the kitchen. A nice extra is the pleasant sauna, where you can enjoy after a long walk. It is a very pleasant environment, with numerous mountain lifts, so many walks are possible in the area. Furthermore, the house is ideal for day trips to a lake (eg. Aachensee), castle (eg. Kufstein) and others doen.De hostess is also a very friendly and sympathetic person, who has always helped us with our needs.Conclusion: we were here with 7 adults and 2 children and had a great week, highly recommended.

We already had contact with the landlord by email. She indicated on her own initiative that we could go to the holiday home from noon. The advantage was that you were already on the skies that afternoon. "In the evening she came by personally to see if everything was in order. A warm welcome. In between, she offered us another day that she had left. She also came in between to see if everything was okay .The house is wonderfully spacious. We have 6 adults and 6 young children very generously stayed there. Everything needed is present. The beds are fine. No excessive luxury. Cozy furnishings and practical. The house is a stone's throw from the slopes. I estimate about 250 meters. You have to go back to the road because there is a small stream. This makes the path to the house very quiet and safe for the children. They can just play outside in the snow. All are present at the slope. The ski school and the ski rental. The chalet offers a direct view of the Alpine pasture and the mountains. St Johann can be easily reached by bus and car. The chalet is located about two kilometers from the village. You can choose from various bakers and supermarkets. We usually went to the local Spar. The core of the town is cozy. There is also a swimming pool. Nice for after skiing. will definitely come back here.
