Beautiful holiday home for a relaxing holiday

We spent 5 very nice days with our grandson in the holiday home. The house is large and spacious, tastefully renovated and functionally furnished. The equipment, especially the kitchen, is very rich and complete. The large garden with the terrace in front is wonderful, great for playing and relaxing. The fact that we could buy delicious bread rolls for breakfast at the bakery just across the street is an additional plus for the holiday home.
We knew beforehand that the holiday home did not have Wi-Fi. But we didn't really miss it.
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home and would be happy to recommend it, especially for a holiday with children.

Holidays for the whole family

Whether a holiday is a pleasant experience for all members of the family certainly does not depend solely on the accommodation chosen, but in our case the accommodation perfectly matched our idea of a nice holiday
You can tell that the house was made to be lived in and not just to be looked at, and it is used as such. It offers the size and comfort we would like to have on holiday without being luxurious. This makes holidays with children much more relaxed.
We stayed there for two weeks with three children and their parents and we still have fond memories of many experiences:

For example, having breakfast in the morning in the cosy kitchen with the bread rolls that the children had previously fetched from the bakery next door.
Playing guitar around the campfire in the garden while the children picked berries and climbed in the trees with the neighbouring children.
Johanna's first bike ride on her own bike, through the village down to the beach.
Catching crabs on the groynes, with mussel meat, clothes pegs and string.
Children's beach live disco after a heavy rain shower on the bike tour to Damp.
Building their own swords at the Viking Festival in Schleswig and the sailing trip at the Pirate Days in Eckernförde.
Cinema evening with Sams DVD from the library with crisps and Fanta.
The speedy tyre slide in the family-friendly discovery swimming pool in Damp.
Village festival at the fire station with bratwurst and village connection for children and parents.
Romping in the giant climbing frame and dad's surfing course at the campsite in Waabs.
Pizza with a sea view and a walk on the "cliffs".
Mum's gooseberry tart with gooseberries she picked herself.
Games evenings with malfiz tournaments.

Tip:
You can get around a lot by bike, but you should make sure you rent a bike early. Due to the lack of rental bikes, we brought our own without further ado.

Conclusion:
Highly recommended!
Especially if you like family holidays in the style of Astrid Lindgren's books.
