A holiday home to feel good

We were a family of four this summer in the beautiful vacation home at Villa Nectar in Venice and felt very comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need. It has a beautiful pool and is lovingly furnished inside. Shopping possibilities as well as restaurants can be reached by car in a few minutes and there are also some dream beaches in the area that can be reached very quickly.
Absolute recommendation for this beautiful vacation home for a very nice vacation in a fantastic environment.

"Any time again"

We had a great 12 days here with my in-laws (who are already here for the second time at Villa Lemon Tree). It is a beautiful modern house equipped with everything you could possibly want. We all felt very comfortable and had great support from Torsten with some tips for sightseeing and restaurants. Torsten was always available to answer our questions. Great house in a good location

The house is located in a quiet residential area in the east of Venice.
The house and grounds and the pool are very well maintained. The house has very high-quality, tasteful furnishings and lovely decoration. The equipment with cooking utensils, dishes, and also towels etc. is great and everything is available in sufficient quantity.
A barbecue would be the icing on the cake.
The pool is big enough to swim laps and is protected by a cage together with the terrace. The orientation of the house means that there are always both sunny and shady areas.
Outside you can hear the nearby Center Road a bit, but inside the house it is completely quiet.
Shops like Publix or Walmart, the beautiful downtown of Venice and several beaches are easily reachable by car in 10-15 minutes.
Mr. Schlomer is very easy to contact with questions or problems and is extremely helpful.
We felt very comfortable in the house and will definitely come again!
